Direct Cremation Service
Consultation and coordination of services
Professional consultation with a licensed director, and co-ordination of all steps throughout the cremation process, including services and supplies provided by us, as well as those provided by third-party suppliers.

Transfer from place of death
Using an unmarked service van. Additional mileage fees apply beyond 80 km.

Documentation
Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and supplies requested, including Municipal Death Registration, Coroner's Cremation Certificate. Provision of 10 Proof of Death Certificates - issued by Cremation Alternatives.
INCLUDES AFTERCARE PACKAGE - Cancellation of CPP / OAS, Processing CPP Death Benefit / Survivors Benefit and Aftercare Checklist.

Basic preparation of remains / Care of remains
Identification confirmation. Pacemaker, jewelry, personal effects removal (if applicable). The shrouding and placement of the body into a cremation container.
